What We Collect

Account: Your email address. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

Guest checkout: If you buy before creating an account, we create one for the email you enter at Stripe checkout and store the Stripe customer reference from that purchase. If a checkout is started but never completed, we keep the email Stripe collected so we can send a reminder — with an unsubscribe link.

Validation submissions: The idea title, description, and any context you provide. This is sent to AI to generate your Founder's Brief and stored privately — only you can access it.

Sharpen corrections: When you use Sharpen, the section feedback and corrections you write are sent to AI for re-processing and stored alongside your report.

Karma score: A number that accumulates across your account activity. Its full purpose is still being developed — it is stored but not yet used for any decisions.

Usage data: Page views and product interactions, collected via Datafast with first-party identifiers. No cross-site tracking. When you buy, we link your analytics visitor ID to the purchase so we can tell which pages lead to revenue, and we identify paid accounts to Datafast.

Human Review

Some plans include a brief reviewed by the Proven team. When you activate this, your validation report is read by Dairon Canel, who provides written feedback and a verdict. This is the only moment a human other than you accesses your validation data. It is disclosed here because you deserve to know. The brief is read to give you feedback — not stored separately, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Convex — database and authentication
Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — platform hosting
Datafast — product analytics (first-party identifiers, no cross-site tracking)
Anthropic — AI model processing. Your idea submissions and Sharpen corrections are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
